PAT Testing (Portable Appliance Testing)

The Health and Safety at work Act 1974 and The Electricity at Work Regulations (1989) place a duty of care on employers to ensure the safety of employees at work and other people affected by the work activity using the workplace. Desktop PCs, extension leads , fan heaters, microwave ovens etc should be periodically tested to ensure they are safe to use.
